Our Story: Closing the Gap in Men’s Lives
We saw a troubling reality inside the church: men were around spiritual activity but not always experiencing spiritual abundance. They loved God, but many lacked confidence in the Word, clarity in their calling, and courage to lead.
As we listened to men and to pastors, a pattern emerged—men were hungry for God’s Word and authentic brotherhood, but they needed intentional spaces to grow. Bridging the Gap was birthed to stand in that space: helping men move from spectators to disciples, and from disciples to spiritual leaders who influence entire congregations and communities.

In 2025, Bridging the Gap PNW walked alongside more than 500 men across the Puget Sound region, helping them grow in confidence, clarity, and courage as followers of Christ and leaders in their homes, churches, and communities.

- 500+ men engaged through monthly gatherings, a regional mini-conference at Harbor City Church in Aberdeen, and partner events throughout the Puget Sound.

- Local churches gained men who are more confident in Scripture, clearer in their calling, and more courageous in everyday leadership.
How we equipped men
- Emotionally: Creating intentional, brotherhood-driven spaces where men could be honest, prayed for, and strengthened to face real-life pressure and pain.
- Spiritually: Teaching biblical foundations of manhood, husbandhood, and fatherhood, always pointing men back to their local church as the primary place of discipleship.
- Practically: Helping men apply Maxwell-certified leadership principles and financial literacy in their homes, careers, ministries, and communities.

- Men often carry quiet burdens—temptation, isolation, doubt—yet rarely have intentional, accountable spaces to process those struggles biblically.
- Many churches see men serving here and there, but few have a clear path that takes men from attendance to equipped disciples and servant-leaders.
